I won a bronze medal in swimming in 2010, a silver medal in swimming in 2011 and a Bronze medal/ Tournament of CrossFit/ in2021. I have 7 years of experience teaching swimming.
 
Passion drives my commitment to assist individuals of all ages and abilities in reaching their health and fitness objectives. Extensive experience as a swimming tutor, instructor, and hydro therapist has honed my capacity to design custom training plans, fostering improved technique and enhanced water confidence. Through this journey, expertise in teaching swimming to children has been gained, employing diverse teaching methods to guarantee that each child progresses at their unique speed and according to their specific requirements.
